Price and payment
How much does Pro cost?
£50 a month. That price includes VAT. Stripe, our payment provider, takes the first payment when you subscribe, then the same amount on the same date each month until you cancel.
What does Pro include?
Every fix for your business, not just the top one. Content ideas and technical checks. PDF report to share. Check history, so you can see what changed. Up to 4 checks a month.
How many checks do I get?
Up to 4 checks in any 30 days. A check only counts if at least half of its AI answers come back.
How do I cancel?
Email steven@summone.co.uk from the address on your account. We cancel your subscription in Stripe so it ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep Pro until then, then your account goes back to the Free plan and you can still sign in.
Do you give refunds?
We don't give refunds for part months, except where the law requires us to.
Will the price change?
If we change the price, we will email you before the new price applies. You can cancel before then if you don't want to pay it.
